Terms and Conditions

1. Use of Platform

• You must be at least 18 years old.
• You must provide accurate account information.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

2. Non-Custodial Architecture

• You retain full control of your funds.
• Private keys are only constructed during transaction execution in secure environments.
• We never have direct access to your funds.

3. No KYC

• We do not collect KYC documents as we do not custody user funds.
• Our fiat providers may request KYC independently if fiat on-ramps are used.

4. Trading Services

• You may trade spot assets and perpetual futures with up to 40x leverage.
• All trades are routed through either decentralized sources (DEXs) or centralized APIs.
• We do not guarantee price execution or liquidity.

5. Fees and Charges

• Network fees (gas) are paid in USD and disclosed at time of transaction.
• Swap fees include DEX, bridge, and aggregator fees and are transparently disclosed.
• No hidden fees. All fees are shown before execution.

6. Risk Disclosure

• Trading crypto assets and derivatives carries inherent risks.
• You may lose all your invested capital.
• We are not liable for any financial losses incurred.

7. Prohibited Activities

You may not use deflo to:

• Violate laws or regulations
• Launder money or evade sanctions
• Perform unauthorized automated trading (bots without approval)
• Exploit vulnerabilities in our infrastructure

8. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to deflo if you:

• Breach these Terms
• Are suspected of fraudulent or malicious activity

9. Limitation of Liability

• We are not liable for losses due to smart contract failures, third-party infrastructure, or market volatility.
• Platform is provided "as-is" without warranties.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Seychelles, unless otherwise stated.
